So, you didn't know I worked for Santa, did you?

You never know who you might be "blogging" with these days.  Yes, its true.  I work for Santa. And I have been watching to see who has been naughty or nice bloggers, and Santa is pleased to give you, your blogging 'wish list'.

1.  How to do strikethrough on words? Click here!

2.  How to make and add a "clickable image"?  Click here

3.  How to make your own "site button"? Click here

These are the sites that I found that helped to guide me, that I thought were very easy to follow.

A 'cherry on top' from me to you that I sort of taught myself, and haven't seen or heard of anyone giving out this little secret that I find to be helpful.

On your sidebar when you add a clickable image, site button or text. You will notice it often ends up a little pushed to the far left of the sidebar and not centered.  If you add this piece of code (without the spaces exactly what you see in RED), at the beginning of any html code you add, it will automatically center if for you.  <   center    > Remember NO SPACES!

Now who's your daddy, MOMMY Best Blogger Friend, Today?  Happy Blogging my Friends and Merry Christmas to ALL.

Ho! Ho! Ho!

PS:  Yes, that is ME in the picture, it was a shot I modeled for in ABC Catalog.  It was the most Christmasy (yes, I said Christmasy) picture I had.  Laughing! So, if you are really desperate to find a pair of pj's or slippers like that, now you know where to look.  LTD/ABC Catalog

I'm Learning!!!

Yes, I am learning to do fun stuff on my blog. Today, I basically spent a few hours teaching myself how to make a couple of things.

1. Clickable Pictures (which are pictures that are in my sidebar to the right, that you can click on and then directs you to other sites) So, I made one for my photography blog. If you click on the picture it will take you to my other blog automatically. Pretty cool, hu?

2. Site Buttons (which are the reverse as I just stated in #1. Instead, I made an image "button" for my own blog "Wind Beneath My Wings." I then made a code for that, which you see below that image. You take that code and paste in onto your sidebar of your own blog, and then you will have my picture button on your blog that others can click on to be directed to my blog.) Make sense?

If you are a blogger, you know what I am talking about. If you are not a blogger, then this is a bunch of useless information that means absolutely nothing to you.

Anyways, as confusing as that is, I am very proud of myself. The girls that make the "blog designs" for your blogs, they charge $20 to make you a button. I don't mind paying sometimes for my blog makeover, but to pay $20 for a little button that I just taught myself how to do? Also, they charge $5-$10 to add music to your blogs. That is very easy to do on your own and for free.

I am not trying to take business away from anyone, I love Danielle (Blogs By Danielle) who designed mine and I will use her again in the near future. I just don't want to pay additional money for things I can learn on my own, and beside I find it really fun to learn these things. One day down the road, maybe I will learn how to actually redo my entire blog on my own, but until then I will give Danielle my business. She is wonderful and I highly refer her.

Anyways, I just wanted to share with you what I learned today. So, please help yourself to my button for your own blog, and check out my photography blog too.

Hope everyone is having a blessed weekend.

PS: Tuesday, December 16th, is an important date, can you guess what that may be?
